HAPPY 12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS Ya Filthy Animalssss!
For the next twelve days, including today, I WILL be posting a little something everyday until christmas. Exciting right? Not sure what it will be but I will find something semi-interesting to share with you all. For today, I’m going to talk about coats. Its winter time, its cold out and no one wants to be outside. Its terrible. However, if your like me, you still want to look cute while staying warm. How can you do that? Find some fun coats and jackets that will top off an outfit. During the winter, your coat is your new shoe. What do I mean my that?…Usually your shoes are what brings your outfit to the next level but during the winter, its a whole new story!
So, where do I shop? Where do I get all my awesome looking coats that I’m always shooting in for the winter? I am going to reveal a big secret to you guys! Are you ready for it? The majority of my coats, and more expensive articles of clothing, including bags, are actually found at my local thrift stores. There are always some amazing finds there, for like no money! If I’m looking for something fun to go with an outfit, or something super unique to spruce up an everyday look, I always run to the thrift shop down the street from my house and I am bound to find something interesting there. The best part is I always leave spending no more than like 25 bucks!
Here are just four of the many many coats I have racked up the past season! All for equal to or under $20

This is more of a jacket. Its slightly light weight and moves very easily. With a light grey color, its so easy to match with any style or outfit! Because its not too heavy, its fun to layer with. I could have even done another long cardigan under this.
This jacket was bought on Boohoo.com for 20.00 even on sale for 50% off!

This picture is a little difficult to see the detail but this coat is absolutely amazing! Its a fuzzy, knee length heavier coat and As if thats not perfect enough, its in this very feminine light lavender color! At first I was a little skeptical to pair it with all black but I ended up falling in love with the contrast of it all! Especially for a night in the city look.
This coat was found at my local thrift store for a whopping 12 BUCKS!
Okay this one here is technically not even mine! Its my moms, but I found it in her closet and had to style it. However, I had to include this coat because the base of this outfit is the exact same as the last pictures base. They are literally the same exact thing I just have a different coat on over it! TA-da, a whole new look!
This coat was 100% free cause I stole it from my mom. (Maybe thats considered thrifting idk.)
..And last but definitely not least! This one is perfect in every way (except the fact that it doesn’t have pockets, but we can look past that for right now). This one is warm, long, simple and neutral; which means you can wear it with absolutely everything and manage to look so put-together and chic!
This beauty went for, again 20 dollars on sale at Boohoo.com!
There you have it guys! Remember, I am as broke as it gets right now. I really don’t have the money to be buying a bunch of expensive clothing right now. However, I do still want to look good so now you know how I do it! I hope you all enjoyed this post and stay tuned for the ones to come.
