I went to New York for 48 hours and had a blast! Wore some cute outfits, shopped a lil, ate some good food and hung out with my two closest people!
Here’s some of my outfits from this trip!
Outfit number one was this simple and casual. Just a matching set (which we all know im a sucker for), some doc martins and a long oversized coat! Super simple.
We drove to NY which took about 4 hours total including all the pee breaks. Once we got to our Sonder apartment, it was about 4pm. We had just enough time to change, grab this pic and walk to our dinner location before the sun set.
After dinner we took a 20 minute walk to the Brooklyn bridge. It was stunning!! So happy we braved the cold walk!
That next morning, I woke up a little earlier than I typically would at home and lounged in my Dynamite cozy set while I did my devotions, unpacked my duffle bag and figured out my outfit for that day!
This was what I chose to wear for the first part of day two! I wore this Lulu’s coat with black leggings and a white ribbed turtle neck to brunch and a walk around SoHo. It was a little chilly, but the coffee and the fur collar helped out a lot!
After walking around for a while, doing some shopping, we decided to head back to the apartment to change, warm up and head back out a little later. We needed a reboot! While I waited for the others to get dressed, I quickly shot these sponsored pics for H&M! What do you think?
While we were in the apartment, we ordered lunch, changed into outfit two for the day and relaxed for a little bit. Then we headed to time square!
It was a fun night! Time square is always so inspiring. Mark my words, I will be on a billboard there one day! Give me 2 years 👀
That was our last night there. We woke up the next morning, ordered some donuts from Krispy Kreme and walked to the Statute of Liberty. It was a quick lil visit, but it was beautiful day with nicer weather and then we got back in the car and drove home.
