Bostonian Getaway

There are a few areas in Boston that I truly love and will always be obsessed with. The Bostonian Hotel is located in one of those areas.

The Bostonian is a Millennium property conveniently located on North Street in the North end of Boston overlooking some of Bostons finest attractions. With Little Italy a quick 3 to 5 minute walk across the street, The Boston Harbor just beyond that and Faneuil Hall and Quincy market basically in your front yard, theres no better way to get the true Boston experience than staying with The Bostonian the next time you’re in town.

LOCATION

If you’re visiting with family and looking for activities to do in the area you can expect to be met with many different options. Kid friendly activities consist of The New England Aquarium, Boston Harbor Cruises and the Merry-go-Round on the Greenway. If you’re looking for more of a couples getaway vibe, there are many options for date night in the area. With pubs lining the back side of the hotel and Little Italy offering many Italian restaurants, there are endless options for a dinner date night. There is also tons of shopping in Faneuil Hall with popular stores such as Abercrombie, American Eagle and Urban Outfitters.

THE STAY

My favorite feature in the Bostonian rooms was hands down the Juliette balcony so when booking I double and triple checked to make sure I had one in my room. My Juliette balcony looked out over Fanuiel Hall and Quincy Market with a view of the Boston Harbor to my left. It was great to take some time that next morning after breakfast in bed to look out and enjoy the crisp September air and stunning view of Bostons North End.

My room was a King deluxe room with a full bathroom at the entrance of the space, leading into a spacious king bedroom. Besides the balcony, some other features of my room were the sticked mini fridge, a good size TV with Streaming apps, a walk in closet, makeup vanity and full size working Desk area. Being a blogger who is always working, even on weekends, the desk work area in the bedroom was super convenient and necessary.

EATERY

As mentioned previously, Bostonian is located near so many food places so you’ll Never struggle with finding a spot for breakfast, lunch or dinner. However, if you don’t feel looking around and are looking for something quick and close, the Hotel does have its own brunch location on the first floor called North 26. The menu was pretty straight forward with familiar brunch options such as French Toast, Belgium Waffles, Brunch Burgers and more!

With North 26 offering room service, I was able to enjoy weekend brunch on Sunday at the Restaurant location downstairs and experience breakfast in bed on Monday morning before checking out.

I had a great few days with Bostonian and look forward to visiting the area again. If you decide to visit, be sure to have a bite to eat in little Italy, grab a coffee at a local coffee shop, and walk the Boston Harbor. You won’t regret it!
